进口挖掘机操作注意事项：
1、万享与客人接洽之后,接到全套单据,然后确认货物的商品编码,查阅海关税则,确认进口税率,确认货物需要什么监管条件
2、如果需要做各种检验,则应在报关前向有关机构报验。报验所需单据：报验申请单,正本装箱单,合同,进口报关单两份, 正本报关委托协议书。
3、当海关要求开箱查验货物时,应提前与场站取得联系,调配机力将所查柜子调至海关*的场站。（较好应与场站确认好调箱 费,掏箱费。）
4、海关,码头,船东的联络是同*的,但有时因为电脑传输问题,偶尔有联络断连的问题。
进口挖掘机清关流程
1、客户提供进口旧印刷机的相关资料与图片；
2、我司根据旧印刷机的详细信息核算进口费用；
3、回复报价给客户； 4、签定进口印刷机代理协议；
6、整理资料，到当地商检局申请旧设备进口商检预备案；
7、将二手旧印刷机发货到中国香港；
8、安排在发货地或者中国香港中检，出具旧印刷机产品进口装运前与检验检疫证；
9、根据监管条件，到商务部申请旧机械产品自动进口许可证；这一项目前大部分印刷机已经不需要了！具体要看编码。
10、到商检局换正本备案书； 11、驳船到目的港； 12、准备进口报关申报资料；
13、报检，商检查验； 14、审价，出裞单缴裞； 15、报关，海关查验；
16、放行，送货厂家。
