办理机电证需要提交的材料：

  1.营业执照、批准证书（外资企业），及外经贸经营资格证书复印件；

  2.进口合同中文本复印件两份。

  3.填写好并加盖进口单位公章的《机电产品进口申请表》；

  4.书面申请，说明企业基本情况、进口理由，进口产品数量、用途、使用年限和现状，本企业产品境内外销售情况等；

  5.专业检测机构或设备供应方提供的检测说明报告、实物相片，说明设备的生产制造年限、使用年限、设备状况、主要技术参数等；

  6.委托进出口公司代理进口，提交进口代理协议和进出口公司营业执照复印件各三份；

  7.进口用于国内销售的，提交国内销售合同一式三份；

  8.进口旧工程机械的，还应提交工程合同；

  9.其它按有关规定应提交的材料。

5., the inspection reports and physical photographs provided by professional inspection organizations or equipment providers, illustrating the manufacturing life, service life, equipment status and main technical parameters of the equipment.

6. entrust import and export companies to import, submit three copies of import agency agreement and import and export company's business license.

7. for domestic sales, three copies of domestic sales contracts are submitted.

8. in importing old engineering machinery, the engineering contract should also be submitted.

9. other materials which should be submitted according to the relevant regulations.
